1. Our #1 priority is the satisfaction of our clients. If there is anything unsatisfactory regarding your registration, please email our Operations Manager, Meri Frahm, at meri@c2gps.com.
  2. Payment in full for your registration is non-refundable.
  3. In the case of circumstances beyond our control (such as presenter illness or dangerous weather), the event may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion. If an event is rescheduled, we will offer the opportunity to transfer your registration to the new date. if you are unable to attend, C2 will refund the paid registration fee only. C2 is not liable for any other costs such as travel or other expenses incurred by our clients.
